Must pass D.O.T. Pre-Employment Drug testing ( As per FMCSA 382.301 )
All contractors must be willing to run all 49 states. (Unless otherwise Agreed Upon)
Must pass D.O.T. physical
*VERIFIABLE over-the-road, tractor-trailer experience
Semi-Truck must pass A DOT level 1 inspection, or the North American Standard Inspection, prior to orientation in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Contractor must provide proof that the current year (2290) Federal Highway Use Tax has been paid
Contractor must have the original or copy of the original title to the Semi-Truck
Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
Bladestar Logistics, LLC provides ALL other permits
